By revisiting your vision everyday you are consciously living each day with intention, purpose, and meaning. As a Holistic Nutritionist I practice healing my clients with real, whole food, NOT medicine. The SAD (Standard American Diet) and pharmaceutical industries are at the epicenter of the health crisis we’re in today. Throughout these 12 weeks I’ll supply you with the dietary solution. I’ll teach you how to eat foods that we have been eating and THRIVING off of for 2 million+ years. This primal diet will rid your body of inflammation, toxins, and waste, and will replenish you with vibrant, delicious, nutrient-dense foods. These nourishing foods will train your body to burn fat, boost your immune system, increase your energy, and help you sleep like a baby.
