Questions people ask
Which Santa Clarita neighborhood is best for families?
Valencia and Stevenson Ranch are the usual answers for schools and parks; Saugus offers more house for the money. It depends on commute and budget, which is why each guide covers both.
Where are the luxury and estate homes in Santa Clarita?
Sand Canyon, Placerita Canyon, Westridge Estates, Tesoro del Valle and the Woodlands in Valencia hold most of the estate inventory.
What is the commute like from Santa Clarita to LA?
30 to 60 minutes to the San Fernando Valley on the 5 or 14, longer to downtown. Metrolink runs from Newhall, Via Princessa and Vista Canyon.
